Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about UV + Suction Skin Treatment.

When performed by trained therapists it is generally safe. We conduct consultations and patch tests, then adjust UV intensity and suction for sensitivity or darker tones to minimize risks and ensure effective, tailored results.

Most clients see noticeable improvement after 3–6 sessions, spaced two to four weeks apart. Exact number depends on concerns like pigmentation, texture or acne scarring and is determined during your personalized consultation.

Clients typically feel mild warmth and a suction sensation rather than sharp pain. We prioritize comfort, can adjust settings, and provide pre-treatment care. Temporary redness or sensitivity may occur but usually subsides within hours to days.

Contraindications include active skin infections, open wounds, recent use of isotretinoin, severe photosensitivity, or pregnancy. A full medical and skin history is reviewed during consultation to confirm treatment suitability and safety.

Avoid tanning and strong exfoliants for one to two weeks, discontinue retinoids as advised, arrive with clean skin, and inform us about medications or recent treatments. Your therapist will provide specific pre-care instructions.

Use gentle cleanser and moisturizer, apply broad-spectrum SPF daily, avoid heat, steam and vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours, and skip strong exfoliants until cleared by your therapist. Follow-up visits help monitor progress and maintenance.
